Kansas Self-Management Education (KSME)

Kansas Self-Management Education programs are designed to empower and improve the health and quality of life for people who live in Kansas. We provide tools and programs for Kansans to become more active and engaged in their health. We want to help people explore and learn more about the importance of health and health engagement. Programs are managed by the Bureau of Health Promotion within the Kansas Department of Health and Environment in partnership with state and national organizations. All programs are facilitated by trained and certified leaders.
